Photo paper is curved, non-flat. As a result, printhead strikes surface of photo paper.Perhaps photo paper seems to be flat before printing, but when it soaks with ink it become curved (eg. middle to the top, sides to the bottom). It is poor quality photo paper, please use bettermehr...
