Frage zum Epson Stylus C86: Drucker (Pigmenttinte) mit Drucker ohne Scanner, Farbe, Randlosdruck, nur USB, nur Simplexdruck, ohne Kassette, kompatibel mit T0431, T0441, T0442, T0443, T0444, T0452, T0453, T0454, 2004er Modell

Hallo Leute,

ich habe bei meinem C84 heute die Patronen (die farbigen waren original Epson, die Schwarze von JetTec) gegen einen kompletten Satz von Certtone gewechselt. Und jetzt druckt er nur noch Sch**** aus. :-((( Es ist total verschwommen und streifig. Gelb sieht man gar nicht mehr, wenn man einen Testausdruck macht.
Ich habe 7x gereinigt (5x über Software und 2x durch Tastendruck) und es wird einfach nicht besser., hab eher das Gefühl, dass es schlimmer wird.

Was kann ich tun??? Bisher hat er super funktioniert.
Kann man den Druckkopf noch anders reinigen? Oder kann ich ihn jetzt wegschmeißen?

ich hab mir den Drucker genauer angesehnen und da scheint alles okay zu sein. Kein Schlauch, der da nicht hingehört. ;-)
Allerdings scheinen die blöden Patronen manchmal zu tropfen. :-(
Am liebsten würde ich die gleich wegschmeißen, aber ich muss ja noch andere bestellen, was bestimmt 2-3 Tage dauern wird. Ist es besser die Patronen noch drinzulassen bis die Originalen ankommen? Oder kann ich den Drucker ein paar Tage ohne Patronen stehenlassen. (Wegen Eintrocknen des Druckkopfes...)

Oder generell die Frage: Wie groß ist denn die Chance, dass mein Drucker später wieder läuft? Ich will nicht umsonst 40€ für die Patronen ausgeben und den Drucker dann doch wegschmeißen müssen. Ist ne Menge Geld für eine Studentin. ;-(

EDIT:
Jetzt habe ich nochmal einen Probedruck gemacht und das Druckbild sieht plötzlich wieder völlig normal aus. :-O Das liegt wohl daran, dass ich beim Öffnen die ausgelaufene Tinte entfernt habe. (Vor allem das Teil rechts, wo der Druckkopf drauf ruht. Da war richtig viel Tinte drauf.)

Ich glaube mein Tag ist gerettet. :-)))

I think you are right to much ink have blocked the printhead.That have happend to me when I made to many cleanings after each other. One cleaning with nozzlecheck and resting for a couple of hours is mostly enough.Ink solv ink!

You must always have all patrons in the printhead.In other case you can get problem by dried ink.

If you are using compatible patrones dont take them out and in because the valve in bottom is sometimes of bad quality in other else you risk leakage. Some have warningstext for that.

thanks for your advice. :-) I will try my compatible patrones now. The seem to be working - exept for the yellow one. :-( if i print something green, it turns out to be blue and yellow is not printed at all and so on.
i did one cleaning cycle but i did not help... do you think a cleaning patrone might help? some online shops offer these kinds of patrones. i'm considering buying one.

but I'm happy that i can print black and white again. :-)

i think i will use my patrones up (still have 3 black and 6 color patrones left) and then i'll buy a small laser printer. but that could take some time. ;-)

Start with check the yellow take it out and clean the opening in bottom and also clean in bottom where it is mounted.press it all way down.make a nozzlecheck If it is alright stop here.
First you place wet warm paper under the printhead when it is standing in the middle and disconnected.Use the lever on right for envelops high and place paper under and sink Clean with the paper
.You can let it stand for a while .Water solv that ink you have on the printhead.repeat
Then it seems to be alright.you skall have all colours on the paper in a good shape
make some nozzlechecks and se if all nozzles are open.

If they are not you can try again with the paper.

I dont believe that you need a speciallpatron.

Let the cleaning take time .Ink solv ink but it takes time.

If you still have problem you must check the tube again:
Move the vacuumplate to the right and check under that the tube are connected.If it is the same as C82 it is first a rubbertube 2-3cm,then a nippel and on the nippel a plastictube.Try to check with some tool pincett perhaps that everything are tight connected.Specially nippel to plastictube no leakage is allowed.
