What i can see you have a Epson C82.That printer have problems
with the the tubeassembling for cleaning printhead and filling up printhead after changing patron. A tube can be disconnected.

Of course! If the tubeassembling is blocked by dried ink it will be
the same resultat :
1 Headcleaning is not effective
2 Filling up the inkhead after changing patrones is not working.
As long as you don t move any patron you have no problem with
that patron.The tube assembling is only for headcleaning and filling
the channels down to the printnozzles so it is free from air.After
that the system is working by it self.Of course airleakage is not allowed from patron to channels so it must be clean surfaces between patron and printhead and the patron must be in bottom.

It is probably something wrong with the patron :
Ventilationsopening up on the label side is not open .The valve in the botten is wrong so it dont open when you press the patron all way down.Inside the originalpatron is not any foam it is some kind
of sofisticated vacuumsystem inside the patron. Something can have been wrong when it was filled on the factory.(difficult to refill)
Perhaps the pin in bottom there you place the patron is blocked by something.
If you don t see anything wrong outside it try a new one .
Before you try with new patron you should try to clean the printhead with warm wet papertowels that you place under the printhead when it is outside the right side and the main cable off.
Use the leweladjustment on right side to lift the print head and sink it over the paper Repeat that a couple of times with warm wet paper look at the paper if you have yellow on the paper.Make a headcleaning and nozzle check .And check if it has made some result on the yellow.
If you need to do a lot of headcleaning after that a good idee can be to use
cheap ink .I did that with god result!After that I returned to original ink.
