Frage zum Canon Pixma iP4950

Drucker (Tinte) mit Drucker ohne Scanner, Farbe, 12,5 ipm, 9,3 ipm (Farbe), Randlosdruck, nur USB, Duplexdruck, CD/DVD, 2 Zuführungen (300 Blatt), kompatibel mit CLI-526BK, CLI-526C, CLI-526M, CLI-526Y, PGI-525PGBK, 2011er Modell(mehr Daten)

Hallo Zusammen,

mein Druckdopf vom Canon IP4950 war defekt. Ich habe mir jetzt einen neuen Druckkopf gekauft. Leider zeigt sich jetzt ein neues Problem.

Wenn ich etwas farbiges drucke werden alle schwarzen Anteile versetzt doppelt gedruckt, aber da dann in 'Blau'

Kennt das jemand? Was kann das sein? Ist da der Druckkopf Schuld?
Was kann ich tun?
Im Bildanhang sieht man es sehr gut. Das ist ein Ausdruck nach Druckkopfeinrichtung.
Die schwarzen Bereiche sind doppelt nach rechts oben versetzt.

Es koennte sich um ein Elektronikproblem handeln.

Ein defekter Druckkopf beschaedigt gelegentlich auch die Hauptplatine des Druckers.

Das Duesentestmuster sieht eigentlich okay aus, aber ich sehe da oben links neben PGBK zwei dunkle schwarze Striche in dem horizontalen Balken, die da nicht hingehoeren.

Das liegt an der Scan-Qualität.
Im Ausdruck ist alles homogen und einwandfrei.
Nichts was auf den Fehler vom 2. Bild hin deutet.

Hi

Please mask following plates on printhead connector with small pieces of electrical tape (look at atachement).

PGBK will be blank now.

And:
A. Blue shadow will gone -> printhead is the reason.
B. Blue shadow will remain on printout -> printer (carriage ribbons) is the reason.

i did it as you told me.
At pictures you see the file i wanted to print out and the result from printing.

What can i do to repair it??

Your testing print is well suited for the purpose.
It looks like the printhead is alright and trouble is inside the printer.

Let me try another mask of electrical tape (look at attachment).

Now, the blue shadow should perished, but Cyan will be slightly lighter (in addition to testing print with letters, please make nozzle check to show the upper cyan bar is half of the normal intensity).

According to the results I will explain what is going on in the printer.

Ok, i try to do it, but not before wednesday.
Unfortunatly cyan is emtpy.
I have to buy a new one.
Strange is that i thought i changed it not so long ago...
