Hallo!

Seit gestern funktioniert mein Drucker nicht mehr. Zunächst druckte ich problemlos eine Seite. 5 Minuten später wollte ich eine weitere drucken und es stand immer dort: "Tintensystem fehlgeschlagen. Drucken nicht möglich. Siehe Dokumentation Fehl. 0xc18a0301. Ausschalten und wieder einschalten."
Nach einem Druck auf die Taste "ok" steht da: "Fehlerh herunterfahren".
Ich habe den Drucker mehrfach ein und ausgeschaltet, den Drucker 2 Minuten vom Strom getrennt, die Patronen neu eingesetzt. Auch, als keine Patrone im Drucker war, wurde die Fehlermeldung sofort angezeigt.
Die Garantie ist gerade abgelaufen. Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie ich den Drucker selbst reparieren kann, bzw. was ich ausprobieren sollte?

Danke für den Tipp! Habe es versucht, aber bringt nix. :-S Ich weiß auch nicht, was bedeutet, dass ich neue Patronen benutzen soll. Ich habe welche zum Nachfüllen. Jetzt müsste ich mir einen Satz neuer HP Patronen kaufen, nur um zu testen, ob es dann geht. Komisch ist aber, dass die Fehlermeldung auch kommt, wenn sich gar keine Patrone im Drucker befindet!
Ich hatte gerade noch eine zweite Fehlermeldung "Druckerwagen klemmt". Da der Drucker merkwürdige Geräusche macht, könnte das Problem doch auch da liegen, oder?

Hallo!
Habe noch immer keine funktionierende Proiblemlösungsmöglichkeit gefunden. Das hier habe ich in nem englischen Forum gefunden:

"Error: 0xc18a0301 fix from HP tech support:

Let us perform some steps to isolate the issue and find a fix for it.
Please perform the following steps and let me know the message that will be displayed on the printer.
A. - Press and hold the “*” key.
B. - Press the “#” key and release both keys.
Display should say “Enter Special Key Combo”
C. - Press and release in sequence the “1”, “2” and “3” buttons.

Screen says "support" R0631M

Press and release the right arrow button until the display says “System Configuration Menu”.
Press and release the “OK” button.
Display should say “Hardware failure status”. If not there already, Arrow Key over to “Hardware failure status”,
Press and release the “OK” button.
Display should say “Hardware failure status: Clear. Press OK to clear”.

Press and release the “OK” Button. Message changes to “Hardware failure status Cleared. Press Cancel to continue”.

Press and release the “CANCEL” button as many times as necessary, so that, either the “Welcome to Photosmart Express” screen appears, or, the “Ink System Failure” screen appears. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PRINT AT THIS STAGE.

Using the Power Button, turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cable from back of the printer and wall outlet.


Wait 30 seconds for the power to get discharged and then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first and then into the back of the printer

turn the unit on. The printer may display message “USE POWER BUTTON TO SHUTDOWN THE PRINTER” followed by “PRESS OK TO CONTINUE”. Press OK. The Printer will start the “ONE TIME INK INITIALIZATION PROCESS”. Allow this process to complete and do not interrupt. Once the initialization process is complete, the printer will print out a Diagnostic Page.

Is the error message still being displayed on the printer?


Print a self test page to check the functionality of the printer.
Press Setup menu on the All-in-One then scroll using the arrow key and select Print Report then select Self Test Report.

Mein Englisch ist leider mager. Insbesondere Frage ich mich aber wo und in welchem Modus ich die Tastenkombinationen "*" und "#" wingeben soll. Versteht das einer? Hoffe immer noch auf Hilfe. Habe sonst schon alles versucht. Reset, Patronen raus, Patronen neu befüllt. Immer die gleiche meldung. Auch ohne Patronen im Drucker.
