Quality of textscan
Reference scan: Done via Epson Perfection 4870.DC scans a small block of text with a resolution of 600 dpi. The original was printed by a laser-printer. The lab evaluates precision of scan, outlines, and correctness of colors.
The reference-photo was done with the Epson Perfection 4870 Photo scanner.

Speed of scan
Scanspeed is determined in two different situations:
1. Prescan: Time from start of prescan until preview.
2. Textscan: Time to scan a text (one page A4), resolution 200 dpi.
