Printercomparsion Ink versus Laser Printers: Printer Handling
Both printers show the ink-/tonerstatus via four light emitting diods. In addition, the officjet shows the status of both printheads. Samsung´s printer has a simple general status display.
Helpful: If you press the HP´s network-button, you get a detailed information page about the printer. On it´s right side the X-button immediately cancel a print-job. Next to it a form feed button and the on/off switch.
Samsung provides a stop button which immediately cancels the print job. You have to read the manual to find out about it´s other capacities: Press it for four seconds, and a demo page is printed. Press it longer, and the important status page with network information is made available.
