Hallo,
ein bekannter von mir besitzt o.g. MP510 und meinte jetzt das der Drucker den Dienst verweigert, da der Resttintentank voll ist.
Ich habe jetzt intensiv die Forensuche bemüht, aber konnte leider keine Anleitung zum wechseln, oder erstmal zum Reset finden.
Könnt ihr mir vielleicht weiter helfen?

hallo cf,
hier der servicemode für den mp500, zwar in englisch,das dürfte aber wahrscheinlich kein problem sein.
- falls doch,kann ichs,soweit relevant, übersetzen -
das müsste auch beim mp510 funktionieren.
im servicemode dann auf 15x klicken gehen,wie unten beschrieben.
1) With the machine power turned off, while pressing the Stop/Reset button, press and hold the ON/OFF button.
(DO NOT release the buttons. The COPY LED lights in green to indicate that a function is selectable.)
2) While holding the ON/OFF button, release the Stop/Reset button. (DO NOT release the ON/OFF button.)
3) While holding the ON/OFF button, press the Stop/Reset button 2 times, and then release both, the ON/OFF and
Stop/Reset buttons. (Each time the Stop/Reset button is pressed, the Alarm LED and COPY button light
alternately, Alarm in orange and COPY in green, starting with Alarm LED.)
4) When the COPY button lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button the specified number of time(s) -below shown- according to the function listed in the table below.

nachtrag:
zum resetten des counters/zählers 4x den stop/reset knopf drücken,dann 2x die power/ein-aus taste.
danach zur kontrolle den serviceausdruck durchführen,
in der ersten zeile oben sollte d = der inkwaste-counter, auf 000.0 oder 000.1 stehen ,das entspricht 0 % oder 000,1 % ,
also leer oder praktisch leer,anzeigen.

Erst mal ein großes danke, ich werde es so weiterleiten.
Eine Übersetzung sollte nicht nötig sein, da der für den es ist der englischen Sprache mächtig ist, bzw. sein sollte.
