Implementation of Consumables

Brother-HL-2150N

To do that you have to remove the imaging drum first (see picture below). From that you take out the empty toner cartridge by pressing the green lever on the leftmost side. Then you insert the new cartridge. This printer has a corona wire, not a transfer roller. The wire must be cleaned whenever a cartridge is replaced.

HP-Officejet

Exchange of the ink cartridges is very easy. Blinking LEDs show, which cartridge is empty.

Brother HL-2150N: To replace the toner cartridge the imaging drum has to be removed and cleaned.

HP Officejet Pro 8000: The four ink cartridges are exchanged on the printer´s front.
