Comparative Test Color Lasers up to 700 Euros: Interfaces

A network port is standard by now in this class of laser printers, and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 as well. Parallel ports are out of date, you will not get this feature, even as an option. If you want to print via wireless LAN, you can have it for an extra charge for Kyocera´s and HP´s printers.

Exchange of data via USB-Stick is state of the art nowadays. So it is very convenient, if the printer has a fitting interface. Via the stick certain types of files can be transferred and printed.

This feature is offered by Brother and Kyocera only.
